OUR Mission
Our mission is simple - we want you to get you in the best shape of your life. We bring a unique mix of old-school weightlifting equipment, modern machines and specialized equipment all designed to help you push your limits.
The Bar partners with independent personal trainers to offer the greatest schedule and pricing flexibility to make fitness accessible to everyone.
Our atmosphere and culture welcomes beginners and encourages athletes to push their limits.

Our facility, located at 150 Villlage Square in Painted Post, boasts over 70 different pieces of exercise equipment. The Bar was built with the competitor in mind.
